3. How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Please note: tags must remain attached to qualify.
4. Can I return an item if I removed the tag?
Unfortunately, once the tag is removed, the item becomes ineligible for return or exchange as per our store policy.
